Dragon in Photoshop

My first dragon on photoshop CS3! I was meaning to really get into photoshop, so I finally had a sit down and actually got doing something! I was watching a lot of speed painting vids on youtube, especially Chris Scalf's dragon ones. Im not sure exactly how long it took, but probably about 2 hours. Im not overly happy with it, but I am glad that its there at that stage. One thing is that I know I need a bigger page to draw it on, but I didnt know what size to set it to, so that will be something I will work on.
Im going to keep practicing, Ive been told that its good for my first attempt of photoshop, but I really want to improve.
If anyone has any advice or tips they would like to give, I would be more than happy to hear them!
